The Must-Haves I

Converse

Converse are a must-have: buffalo-checked, solid color, striped, leather, canvas, slim, with Marimekko design, or whatever type you prefer...
I only have one pair at the moment (white canvas low-top All-Stars with a slim heel) and I wear them with mostly everything, even the occasional dress.
You're probably thinking that Converse are something you can only wear with jeans and a t-shirt, but even Ines De La Fressange proves you wrong.
I wear them with jeans, a shirt and a blazer or extremely short jeans with lace tights and a cute top.

Here are some outfit suggestions:

Zara women's blazer (79.90). Chloe K shirt from the Juniors section at Nordstrom (36). Joe's Jeans The Skinny skinny jeans in jet black (158). Converse canvas shoes in orchid, they run small considering I'm usually a four and I have them in a five (50). Note: all of these are online prices so they might vary.
